Customer User Interface

Through the CUI you will be able to change the feature buttons on your phone.

Through the CUI you will be able to change the station settings on your phone.

You can view and change any settings on the Aastra phones at the site.

Reporting is a great feature that has been included in the CUI. This feature allows generating reports for Call Accounting, Wakeup History, and Telephone Profit Reports.

Secure Web Portal
Web portal allows access to system from anywhere. Forget to change your phone to forward all calls to your cell phone? Log into the Customer User Interface remotely and make those changes.
Generate Reports
Ability to generate Call Accounting, Wakeup, Profit, and Emergency Call reports through the CUI.
Oversee Multiple Properties
The CUI allows a single login to access multiple properties and easily switch between them.
Group Management
Within the CUI there is the functionality to have a user within the system manage a subset of phones at a site. For example a sales manager could have access to change the settings on the phones for all of the sales associates.
