Russell McComb CEO Russell McComb (Rusty) was born in Albuquerque, New Mexico in 1960. Growing up in the high desert, Russell was exposed to the "phone Business" at an early age. His father, Joseph worked for Mountain Bell and provided access to parts and documentation. Russell enjoyed working with parts from Cord boards, Cross bars and early solid State products that were scrapped and quickly learned color codes of cable. When Russell was 16, his father introduced him to his first real job, working after school for a local Interconnect company. At 18, Russell's future would change as he was hired by RCA service company. RCA offered good pay (especially for New Mexico) and the opportunity to higher learning . Russell remained at RCA installing and maintaining Hotel PBX systems ( Hitachi, Mitel, NEC and Nortel) until the company was sold to Mitel in 1991. Russell then worked for himself, traveling around the country installing Hitachi HCX PBX systems in Hotels. In 1998, Russell was afforded his second great opportunity, buying into a large Hitachi reseller named TelNet Corporation. In 2010, Russell, along with his business partner Chris Abnett, formed innAcloud Technologies and started to create and install his own IP PBX. TelNet was sold in 2014 as Russell realized innAcloud was taking off and he could only manage one company effectively. Russell continues to be a hands on manager, enjoying road trips with his technical staff for major Hotel installs and service.

Chris Abnett CIO Chris was born in Ohio in 1968. Chris graduated from Beaver Creek high school at an early age and started interning as a broadcaster for a local radio station. In 1989, Chris and his family moved to Upper Sandusky where Chris again showed his broadcasting abilities at WHIO, the local radio station. In the summer of 1991, Chris gained employment with Frigidaire Corp in Columbus Ohio. Starting out in the mail room, Chris rapidly advanced. In March of 1997, Chris began performing all maintenance and services for Frigidaire on the massive Nortel, SL1 which provided communication and data for the entire plant. In 1999, Chris was hired by Russell as a Field tech for TelNet Corporation. Chris continued his fascination in the IT arena and in 2006 built his first IPPBX. It took his boss (Russell) a few years to realize the need and the dependability of what is now referred to as the iACT IP PBX system. In 2010, innAcloud was born and Chris has never looked back. Chris continues to this day "to live" with the iACT products and is the "Wosniak" key to all software design and implementation.

Tara Gower CFO Tara joined innAcloud in January of 2015, with 15 years experience in accounting for the telecommunication industry. She began her career in Accounts Payable at TelNet Corporation, a national telecommunication provider for the hospitality industry, and held subsequent positions in Accounts Receivable, Payroll, Tax Administration, Human Resources and as Controller. She left TelNet as Director of Accounting in 2008, to work for a CPA firm. In 2012, she went back to TelNet Corporation in the capacity of Vice President of Finance and held that position until 2017, when she resigned in order to focus solely on innAcloud.
