The install was absolutely flawless. I couldn't have asked for it to go any better. Bill did a great job given the urgency of the situation and the fact that he arrived prior to equipment. From my understanding that is out of the norm. Regardless, he went right to work making way for the new system. The area is night and day in terms of organization and wire management.
